In many industrial and civil equipment fields, circulation pumps play a vital role. To ensure their stable and efficient operation, comprehensive and professional inspections are essential.

The first is the appearance inspection. Carefully check the outer shell and connection parts of the circulation pump to confirm whether there is obvious damage or deformation. Observe whether there are signs of corrosion on the surface of the outer shell and whether the connection bolts are loose. If there are any problems, record and deal with them in time.

The next step is to check the fixing of the pump body. Make sure that the pump body is firmly installed and the anchor bolts are not loose. Because during operation, vibration may cause loosening of the fixation, which will affect the normal operation of the pump.

Then the flow rate and head should be tested. This is a key indicator to measure the performance of the circulation pump. Through the flow measurement device and the head test equipment, the circulation pump is tested under different working conditions, and the test results are compared with the design parameters to determine whether its performance meets the requirements. If the flow rate or head deviates greatly, the cause needs to be further analyzed.

Sealing performance testing is also an important part. Check whether there is leakage in the sealing part by observation or adding a small amount of indicator. Leakage may cause medium loss and even affect equipment and environmental safety.

In terms of motor testing, the main focus is on its insulation performance and operating current. Use professional insulation test equipment to check the insulation resistance of the motor winding to ensure that it is within the qualified range; at the same time, monitor the current when the motor is running to see if it meets the rated current requirements.

In addition, the bearing temperature and vibration of the circulating pump need to be checked. Excessive temperature or excessive vibration may indicate problems such as bearing wear or unreasonable installation, which need to be checked in time.

Through the above series of rigorous testing processes, the performance and operating status of the circulating pump can be comprehensively evaluated. This can not only detect potential problems in time and ensure the stable operation of the circulating pump, but also provide a strong basis for subsequent maintenance and maintenance, and extend the service life of the circulating pump.
