Jiangsu Haishi Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1977, formerly known as Shanghai Water Pump Factory Petroleum and Chemical Pump Branch, specializing in the development, design and manufacture of high-end industrial pump products for chemical, nuclear and military pumps.
The company is the main supplier of Sinopec, PetroChina, CNOOC and other large petrochemical groups, and its products cover API, ASME, RCC-M, ISO and other standard systems, and its core products, represented by API standard petrochemical process pumps, are widely recognized by the petroleum and petrochemical industries. The company has the qualification of "Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment Design and Manufacturing License", and is the only one in Jiangsu Province and one of the ten or so design and manufacturing enterprises of nuclear secondary and tertiary pumps in the country, and its product system has basically covered the civil and military nuclear fields such as No.1 National and No.1 Hualong No.1, underwater submarines, surface ships, and land bases, etc.
In 2020, the company joined Hunan Zhongwei Group and became a core member enterprise of the group's intelligent manufacturing sector. The group is strong, covering new energy materials, intelligent manufacturing, real estate and other sectors, with more than 20 branches and subsidiaries, a total of more than 5,000 employees and an annual output value of more than 15 billion yuan. Under the full support of the group, the company continues to take the concept of craftsman wisdom, nuclear power quality-oriented, pioneering and striving to create better performance, higher quality industrial pump products, to help China's intelligent manufacturing industrial structure transformation and upgrading.
The company has 42 r & d technicians, accounting for 18% of the total number of employees, equipped with 3D printing center, desktop spectrum, ansys analysis software, additive manufacturing system and other r & d means, with a solid foundation of hardware and software, the overall r & d level of the industry leading.
The company covers an area of 82 acres, construction area of 44, 000 square meters, a total investment of 120 million yuan in fixed assets, with more than 200 sets of machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC grinding machines, etc., with modern production and manufacturing capabilities to meet the precision requirements of chemical pumps, nuclear electric pumps and military pumps.
At present, the company has more than 230 employees, including more than 90 engineering and technical personnel, 1 professor/research senior, 8 senior engineers, 32 intermediate engineers, 4 nuclear welders, 6 non-destructive, 4 physical and chemical, 4 measurement.
