Magnetic Drive Technology: The pump utilizes a magnetic drive system, eliminating the need for traditional mechanical seals. By eliminating the risk of leakage, the magnetic drive technology minimizes the potential for environmental contamination and protects the operators from exposure to hazardous substances.

1. The self-priming magnetic coupling drive pump not only has a self-priming function, but also has a magnetic drive structure, which is an ideal pump for automatic remote control and flow use. No mechanical seal required and performance equivalent to standard centrifugal pumps.
2. The fluoroplastic magnetic pump can transport any concentration (strength) of acid, alkali, oxidant and other corrosive media without damage.
3. High temperature thermal insulation magnetic pump, which can transport medium temperature up to 300 degrees Celsius.
4. Vertical magnetic pump, which combines the advantages of ISG and the function of magnetic drive, meets the requirements of leak-free liquid delivery and saves installation space.
5. Plastic magnetic drive pump, the pump head is made of integral plastic, portable and resistant to general corrosive media, easy to use.

Matters needing attention of magnetic pump
1. No ferromagnetic impurities are allowed, and the particles enter the magnetic actuator and the bearing friction pair. When conveying media containing solid particles, it should be filtered at the entrance of the pump flow pipe.
2. After conveying the medium that is easy to crystallize or precipitate, it is necessary to flush and stop the pump in time and pour clean water into the pump cavity after running 1min, so as to ensure the service life of the sliding bearing.
The main results are as follows: Because there is a certain system in the cavity of the magnetic pump and the "static bearing" is used in the magnetic pump, both positive pressure and negative pressure can not be used in this series of systems with no more pressure.
Magnetic drives are generally available in synchronous or asynchronous designs. Magnetic pumps typically use a synchronous design. The motor is connected to the outer magnetic assembly through an external coupling, while the impeller is connected to the inner magnetic assembly. A fully sealed isolation sleeve separates the outer and inner magnets, ensuring that the inner magnet is immersed in the pumped medium. The rotating shaft of the motor drives the impeller synchronously through the magnetic attraction between the inner and outer magnetic poles.
Asynchronous magnetic drives, also known as torque ring magnetic drives, replace the inner magnet with a squirrel-cage torque ring. This ring rotates at a slightly lower speed due to the magnetic attraction from the outer magnet. Because there is no inner magnet, asynchronous drives typically operate at higher temperatures compared to synchronous magnetic drives.
(1) The water pump should be installed horizontally, not vertically. For special occasions that require vertical installation, the motor must face upwards.
(2) When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis, only need to open the valve of the suction pipeline to start. If the suction liquid level is lower than the axis of the pump, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
(3) The pump should be inspected before use. The fan blades of the motor rotate flexibly, without any stagnation or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.
(4) Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction mark of the magnetic pump.
(5) After the motor starts, slowly open the drain valve, and then adjust the drain valve to the required opening after the water pump enters the normal working state.
(6) Before the water pump stops working, the drain valve should be closed first, and then the power supply should be cut off.
